Ben is head of the Firm’s Dispute Resolution team across our offices in Cardiff and Newport. He has developed specialisms in commercial litigation, construction disputes, injunctive relief, partnership and Director/Shareholders’ disputes, property disputes, breach of contract disputes, defamation and professional negligence actions, including advocacy at court and mediation.
Ben’s clients include PLCs and international companies, charities, professional sportsmen and professional sports clubs, as well as UK wide accountants and insolvency practitioners.
