Siobhan is a Partner and Head of the Childcare Department at the firm. Siobhan specialises in complex children and family matters and disputes both with and without local authority/social services involvement.
Siobhan has extensive experience in domestic violence and harassment matters and applications for injunctions. Siobhan is a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel and is regularly instructed by CAFCASS children’s guardians and local authorities as well as private individuals. Siobhan is also experienced in acting for parents who require representation through the Official Solicitor.
